The whole process of making glass in the studio is fascinating. My respect for the glass blowers and their skills is enormous. It is rewarding to work with them.

OVER THE RAINBOW
Over the Rainbow is Finnish artist Camilla Moberg’s first solo exhibition at Galerie Maria Wettergren. The exhibition presents the work of one of Scandinavia’s most prominent contemporary glass artists.
Handcrafted in the Nuutajärvi Glass Village in Finland, the light sculptures draw inspiration from the colours and patterns of insects and birds, including beetles, dragonflies, peacocks and owls. The abstract glass forms, stacked on top of one another and illuminated from within, reflect the artist’s concern for biodiversity and its preservation.
